📋 How to launch this email in GoHighLevel
Follow these once — takes about 5 minutes. The greeting fills in each person's name automatically, so there's nothing to type per contact.
  1. Fill in your details in the left sidebar — name, title, NMLS, phone, email, headshot, and brand color. The preview updates live.
  2. Click “⤓ Download Email HTML” at the bottom of the sidebar and save the file somewhere you'll find it.
  3. In GoHighLevel, go to Marketing → Emails → Templates, click + New → Blank Template, then open the code view (the < > icon).
  4. Right-click the downloaded file → Open with → Notepad. Select all (Ctrl+A), copy (Ctrl+C), and paste it into GoHighLevel's code box.
  5. Save the template. The greeting Hey {{contact.first_name}}, pulls each contact's real first name automatically — for a mass send, leave it exactly as-is. (Optional: for a one-off personal send, type a name in the “Email greeting name” field in the sidebar before downloading and it'll hard-set that name instead.)
  6. Create your send: Marketing → Campaigns (or a Workflow email), pick this template, choose your contact list, and Send or Schedule.
  7. Always send yourself a test first (GoHighLevel → “Send test email”) to confirm your photo, colors, and links look right on your phone before it goes out.
✅ The unsubscribe link is already built in with GoHighLevel's {{unsubscribe_url}} tag — you're compliant out of the box.

Email Signature — one for new emails, one for replies
✏️ Uses the same details, photo, brand color & logo from the sidebar. Pick New-email or Reply, then Copy or Download for Outlook.
Removes the background for a clean studio look. Runs on your device — nothing is uploaded. (Upload a headshot in the sidebar first.)
New Outlook / Outlook on the web strips pasted-in images. Turn the fix ON before copying — your photo & icons are stored on this CLEAR tool and linked instead, so they survive the paste.
Fastest way: click Copy signature → Outlook → File ▸ Options ▸ Mail ▸ Signatures ▸ New → paste (Ctrl+V) → Save. Send yourself a test.
Using “New Outlook” or Outlook on the web? Its signature screen is Settings ▸ Accounts ▸ Signatures — turn ON the 🪟 New Outlook fix above first, then Copy and paste there. If a paste ever loses its images or looks like plain text, that switch is the cure.

🛒 Order at Vistaprint →
Ordering at Vistaprint: use the two 🛒 Vistaprint PNGs — they're cut to Vistaprint's exact full-bleed size (3.61"×2.11" at true 300 DPI), so they drop into their editor at perfect card size with zero scaling or repositioning. Upload the Front file on the front, Back file on the back, done.
Other printers (GotPrint, Office Depot, local shops): the Print-Ready PDF has bleed + crop marks and is what they'll ask for. If your face isn't sitting right in the photo panel, use the Photo position sliders above before downloading.
